Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Genscape Club organized an onsite exhibition called “Reflecting Through the Depth” on November 11-12, 2024, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, at the Reception Hall, Aditayathorn Building.

The theme was based on the deep ocean, giving a sense of calm and peace to the participants. The exhibition was separated into two boards with a mirror in the middle. One board was for the participants to write their opinions on two questions: one about immediate solution to gender inequality and another about the impact of societal judgement. Another board served as a background for participants who would like to take photos with the mirror.

In total there were 73 participants on both days, and the questionnaire board was filled with answers for both questions. For the first question, participants proposed creative and distinctive ways of solving gender inequality. The answers ranged from government policies to miscellaneous replies. For the second question, the answers were based upon life experiences and personal perspectives. Participants also took their photos with the mirror, either by themselves or with the club members’ assistance.

Genscape Club would like to express its gratitude to all participants and MUIC personnel for the success of the exhibition, and the club looks forward to organizing more activities in the future.
