MUIC Blockchain Club held an online seminar on the topic “What is Money & Why Bitcoin” on July 1, 2022 featuring Ajarn Piriya Sambandaraksa, Managing Director of CDC ChalokeDotCom and the translator of the bestselling book, "The Bitcoin Standard."

Around 200 participants logged in on both Zoom and Facebook Live via the MUIC Blockchain Club Fanpage. Ajarn Piriya is a well-known Bitcoin expert and teaches investment and technical analysis courses.

His presentation was entitled, “Untold History of Money: Bartering, Banknotes to Bitcoin, What actually is money? And what is Bitcoin?”
