Music Club Holds Basic Sound Engineering Workshop

Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Music Club organized a “Basic Sound Engineering” workshop at the Screening Room, 5th Floor, Aditayathorn Building on May 16, 2024.

Sorapol “Top” Asawakarnjanakit, MUIC Audio Visual Officer, was invited to be the guest speaker for this activity. During the 3-hour session, the 34 participants learned about the basic structure of speakers, microphones and cables, how they work and they interact with each other.

Moreover, students were allowed to play with the mixer and interact with the real environment in the Screening Room.

The project aims to support educational opportunities for under-resourced schools in provincial areas by donating lecture chairs and office equipment to enhance teaching and learning activities.
