In a delightful fusion of tradition and science, Mahidol University International College's (MUIC) Science Society Club hosted a Crystal Candy-making Workshop for the Loy Krathong festival at the Ground Floor, Aditayathorn Building.

There were 32 students who participated in the workshop where they eagerly learned the effects of the ratio of sugar, syrup, water, and food coloring on the outcome as they cooked up the candy.

Once they have made the candies, they also had fun breaking them into smaller pieces and giving them to their friends and loved ones.

The club said the event exemplified its commitment to creative and engaging learning experiences, leaving students with sweet memories of science and culture intertwining under the full moon.
