Sigma Club’s Public Speaking Workshop

Sigma Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) held “Sigma Talk Public Speaking Workshop” at Taweewattana Room, 6th Floor, MUIC Building 1 on March 16, 2023.

The event was aimed to be an inspiring experience to the listeners and assist in their self-development. The facilitator was Mr. Juntae Wong, an international speaker / transformational team builder. As part of the activity, he selected two outstanding speakers—one from the workshop and the other from a video submission—among the 47 student participants. They were given the opportunity to perform onstage with two invited guest speakers. Ms. Nadthawee Promprasit (a junior student majoring in Biological Science), was the one selected from the workshop and received 1,500 Baht cash prize. Mr. Ibrahim Dawoodjee (a sophomore also from the Biological Science program) was selected for his video submission and also received 1,500 Baht cash prize. They also received certificates and souvenirs. All of the participants received credit for activity hours.
