The Animations, Games, and Comics Club (AGC) of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) in collaboration with Mahidol University Minecraft Collective (MUMC) hosted a Minecraft Ultra Hardcore Competition (UHC) on May 26, 2024 conducted online via Discord.

Mahidol University Minecraft Collective UHC is a competitive match led by a student organization, MUMC, within the blocky world of Minecraft. Teams of contestants were put into a sandbox world with limited resources, and competed in a free-for-all arena until the last remaining team emerged victorious.

In the event, 42 competitors, organized into teams of two, joined the activity held online on MUMC’s Discord server and livestreamed on AGC’s YouTube channel. The competitors navigated through risky terrains with limited resources, striving to be among the remaining three teams to win the cash prize pool. This forced the teams to communicate, coordinate, and confront opposing teams with a multitude of creative and effective strategies.

The club congratulated the winners and showed appreciation to the contestants for their support and for joining the activity.
