The weekly badminton practice sessions of Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Badminton Club held every Tuesday and Thursday starting from January 20, 2025 offered a casual and engaging environment for players of all levels who came together and enjoy the sport at the Figure & Playground – Sports Community Complex, Salaya.

The weekly practice was an open opportunity for anyone interested in playing, whether they are a new player looking for some friendly match or competitive players who need a challenge. There were 50 students who participated in the practice sessions.

The focus of the practice was primarily on match play, where attendees were welcome to pair up and challenge each other in games. This format allows for a dynamic and social atmosphere, fostering a sense of community among badminton enthusiasts.

While it was not a structured coaching session, more experienced players often share tips and strategies to fellow players, creating a supportive learning environment through practical experience on the court.

The club said it was a fantastic opportunity to get some exercise, improve your game through consistent play, and connect with others who share a passion for badminton.
