Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Career Insights Club held a communication workshop entitled “Communication Workshop” on November 23, 2022 at Room A318, Aditayathorn Building.

The guest speaker was Ms. Thanchanok Karnjanachusak, a professional MC or master of ceremonies and an MUIC alumna (International Business, Class of 2013).

During the first part, Ms. Thanchanok discussed the importance of both verbal and non-verbal communication while in the second part, she focused on communication techniques by conducting activities such as storytelling and public speaking.

The club said the workshop aimed at building the participants’ public speaking skills by going through the fundamentals which include content, tonation and method. There were 10 participants in this activity.

Swimming, Cycling, and Running Toward a Quiet Mind

On August 22, 2026, I completed my first IRONMAN triathlon in Tallinn, Estonia: a 3.8 km swim, a 180 km bike ride, and a 42.2 km marathon. It took me 11 hours and 35 minutes. While one of the perks of finishing an IRONMAN is the right to brag, that isn’t the point of this post. The point is that MUIC supported me in achieving this personal goal through the 40th Anniversary Academic Changemakers Scholarship.
