The Cycling Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) successfully organized the 1st Trimester’s “Weekly Ride in Salaya” consisting of five rides which ran from October 2 up to November 20, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

A total of 22 participants joined the cycling activities not just to exercise but also to make new friends, build connections and acquire more knowledge about cycling, as well as get familiar with the Mahidol University Salaya campus and Phutthamonthon Park. Several students showed keen interest in the rides by participating more than three times.

During one week, club officials said they were fortunate enough to collaborate with Anywheel to host a weekly ride around the MU campus. More students were able to participate thanks to Anywheel providing several bicycles to use and everyone participating seemed to really enjoy the ride as it was filled with lively conversations and good vibes. Overall, the activity was a success.

The goal of the “Weekly Ride” is to allow participants to cycle around two locations in Salaya and see the areas from another perspective. Before every ride, participants were free to chat, eat snacks and get to know the other students.

After selecting a bike to ride, several instructions and safety assessments were given and the cyclists were taken around the Salaya campus and Phutthamonthon Park in a predetermined route. By the end of the ride, the cyclists not only gained a fresh perspective on these locations but also formed new friendships, making the experience both engaging and memorable.
