Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Debate Club concluded its term-long series of Weekly Sessions on July 8, 2026, completing nearly three months of public speaking and critical thinking training.
The regular workshops were held every Tuesday and Wednesday from April 21 to July 8 in Room A225 of Aditayathorn Building, attracting 19 student participants throughout the academic term. Designed as a foundational platform for both new and returning members, the sessions focused on developing logical argumentation, persuasive speaking, and formal debate tactics.
Throughout the term, participants engaged in practice rounds, analyzed thought-provoking motions, and received structured feedback from peer debaters. Club leadership emphasized that the recurring schedule allowed members to build vocal confidence and collaborative skills in an encouraging environment. The organization expressed intent to continue hosting the biweekly workshops in upcoming semesters to cultivate dialogue, analytical thinking, and community engagement.
