3. After you’re done coloring, upload it to your Instagram story with 1-3 benefits of that particular pose that you choose and tag @Innerpeaceclub. Then took a screenshot of the uploaded story and send it to our dm with your first name, last name, and student id

Swimming, Cycling, and Running Toward a Quiet Mind

On August 22, 2026, I completed my first IRONMAN triathlon in Tallinn, Estonia: a 3.8 km swim, a 180 km bike ride, and a 42.2 km marathon. It took me 11 hours and 35 minutes. While one of the perks of finishing an IRONMAN is the right to brag, that isn’t the point of this post. The point is that MUIC supported me in achieving this personal goal through the 40th Anniversary Academic Changemakers Scholarship.
