The mPACT MUIC Alumni Mentorship Program, in collaboration with Mahidol University International College (MUIC), successfully hosted a “Mentor Sharing Session” on April 26, 2026, at Arun Thai Cuisine by SEE FAH, Grande Centre Point Hotel Ratchadamri.
The session began with a warm welcome, bringing the mentors together for a relaxed catch-up and an opportunity to reconnect with fellow MUIC alumni. This was followed by a reflective review of the mentorship journey so far, covering Sessions 1–5. Mentors shared their experiences, highlighting both meaningful moments and challenges encountered throughout the program.
A key focus of the discussion was the direction of the upcoming sessions. Participants explored new approaches to enhance engagement and impact, particularly in preparation for the pair rotation planned for Sessions 6–7. This rotation is designed to provide mentors and mentees with fresh perspectives, new dynamics, and opportunities to learn from diverse experiences. Following the rotation, participants will return to their original pairs for the final mentorship session, allowing them to consolidate their learning and strengthen their connections.
The session also featured an open reflection segment under the theme “I Wish,” where mentors shared ideas and aspirations for the future of the program. Constructive feedback was exchanged on how the mentorship experience could be further enhanced, ensuring its continued growth and relevance.
The Mentor Sharing Session concluded on a meaningful note, reinforcing a strong sense of community among MUIC alumni. It was not only a productive discussion but also a valuable opportunity to reconnect, reflect, and move forward together with renewed energy.
