MUIC Career Insights Club Visits Lazada Thailand

Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Career Insights Club recently organized a successful company visit to Lazada Thailand's headquarters. The event provided 48 students with valuable insights into the e-commerce industry and Lazada's company culture.

The visit on July 5, 2024 began with a warm welcome from Ms. Chanyanuch “Joy” Densanti, Vice President of Talent Acquisition, followed by an in-depth overview of Lazada's business and partnership strategies presented by Ms. Nichaporn “Pear” Wongpromvej, Strategic Partnership Lead. Participants then had the opportunity to engage in a Q&A session before going on an office tour which showcased Lazada's innovative workspaces and vibrant atmosphere.

The event concluded with an informative session on people practices at Lazada led by Mr. Pongsakorn Chanchaisrisakul, Head of Organizational and Talent Development. Students gained valuable insights into Lazada's approach to talent management, career development, and employee engagement.

The company visit was a resounding success, providing students with a unique learning experience and fostering a stronger connection between MUIC and Lazada.
