The Mahidol University International College (MUIC) Eventorium Club brought 16 MUIC students on May 30, 2026, to the “Mission to the Moon Forum 2026: Work-Life Evolution” at BHIRAJ Hall 1–3, BITEC Bangna.
The field trip, under the club’s initiative entitled “Eventorium: The Explorer Sponsored by Mission to the Moon,” was led by Mr. Vasapol Roongsrisoothiwong, Founder and President of MUIC Eventorium Club.
The activity provided students with an opportunity to extend their learning beyond the classroom by engaging with perspectives on the future of work, business, creativity, and personal development.
The full-day forum featured 21 speakers, 9 sessions, and 5 workshops covering a wide range of topics related to professional development, adaptability, creative thinking, workplace trends, and changing approaches to work and life. Through these sessions, students were able to learn from professionals across different fields and reflect on how emerging ideas and perspectives could relate to their academic experiences and future career development.
The activity also provided Eventorium members with an opportunity to experience a large-scale professional forum from the participants’ perspective. By observing the structure and delivery of the program, as well as different approaches to audience engagement, students gained a broader understanding of how professional events are designed to communicate ideas and create meaningful experiences for their audiences.
The experience also provided students with perspectives that can be applied to future academic and extracurricular projects, particularly in developing meaningful event concepts, audience experiences, and programs that respond to the interests and needs of today’s students.
MUIC Eventorium Club would like to express its sincere appreciation to “Mission to the Moon” for supporting the students’ participation in the forum and providing this valuable learning opportunity. The activity reflected the club’s commitment to experiential learning and continuous development through exposure to the wider event, marketing, and creative industries.
