Soccer Club Initiates Team Training

Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Soccer Club conducted its team training at MU Field 1 on Wednesdays and Fridays during January 17 - March 5, 2024.

The club made the team selection beforehand and once the training started, the challenge to fuse together 30 members under the same badge through the drilling of new tactics and style of play in order to develop the all-important team chemistry.

As the new members tried their best to adapt, the club said the newbies had to internalize one of the team’s motto: “Team comes first, not yourself.” To achieve this, they had to communicate, understand, and focus on the environment around them. In the end, during the last few days of training, they developed a decent team chemistry, that no one could have expected, as they did not have as much time for preparation as others, yet they did achieve it.
