Visit from NTU & Ramathibodi Educators

Two science academics visited Mahidol University International College (MUIC) and met with two faculty members of the Science Division on September 2, 2022.

Prof. Alex Hon-Tsen Yu, a director of the Center for Advancement of Science Education, National Taiwan University (NTU), and Dr. Meng-Shin Shiao of the Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, met with Mr. Laird Allan and Dr. Phorutai Pearngam, lecturers of the Biological Sciences program.

Dr. Phorutai and Mr. Allan gave the two visitors a guided tour of MUIC buildings and facilities including science laboratories of the Science Division. Later, they exchanged views and shared their experiences about the science education in Taiwan and Thailand. The research collaboration and student exchange program between MUIC and NTU were also discussed.
