Mahidol University International College proudly congratulates Ms. Pongpisuth “Kana” Jongudomsuk, MUIC alumna (Bachelor of Arts in Social Science, Class of 2017, First Class Honors) and 2020 Rising Star Alumni Awardee, on receiving the prestigious Outstanding Alumni Award. This honor was presented during the celebration of the 57th Anniversary of the Royal Bestowal of the University Name and the 138th Anniversary of Mahidol University. Her exceptional achievement exemplifies the excellence and dedication that define the MUIC community.

Swimming, Cycling, and Running Toward a Quiet Mind

On August 22, 2026, I completed my first IRONMAN triathlon in Tallinn, Estonia: a 3.8 km swim, a 180 km bike ride, and a 42.2 km marathon. It took me 11 hours and 35 minutes. While one of the perks of finishing an IRONMAN is the right to brag, that isn’t the point of this post. The point is that MUIC supported me in achieving this personal goal through the 40th Anniversary Academic Changemakers Scholarship.
