A news feature titled “Will the Philippines’ Future Be Pink?,” written by Asst. Prof. Dr. Analiza Liezl Perez-Amurao, chair of the Humanities and Language Division, was published by “The Diplomat” on March 18. The feature covers a contemporary issue in the region, a topic that is relevant to ICIC 251: Contemporary Southeast Asia. 
The Diplomat is “the premier international current-affairs magazine for the Asia-Pacific region dedicated to quality analysis and commentary on events. It reaches an influential audience of commentators, policy makers and academics with its in-depth treatment of regional issues.”
