Mahidol University International College (MUIC), in collaboration with the Oriental Hotel Apprenticeship Programme (OHAP), Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, successfully concluded its Professional Education Program, offering MUIC students valuable hands-on experience in a world-class hospitality environment.
Held from August 1–28, 2026, the one-month program welcomed 10 students majoring and minoring in Travel and Service Business Entrepreneurship (THM-MUIC). Through hands-on training in professional bakery and pastry operations, students applied their classroom knowledge, developed practical skills, and gained insights into professional standards and career opportunities in the hospitality industry.
The program reflects MUIC’s commitment to experiential learning and industry engagement, while strengthening industry–academia collaboration and broadening students’ perspectives beyond the classroom.
The program concluded with a Certificate Presentation Ceremony, recognizing the students’ dedication and achievements. MUIC sincerely appreciates the management and professional team of Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, and OHAP for their valuable support and contribution to developing the next generation of hospitality professionals.
