MUIC Welcomes MU Delegation for Study Visit on AI-Driven Student Services

A delegation from Mahidol University (MU) visited Mahidol University International College (MUIC) on March 9, 2026 in order to study the development and application of MUIC’s artificial intelligence (AI) in enhancing student services.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chanchai Phonthanukitithaworn, Associate Dean for Corporate Communication and Information Technology, together with Ajarn Wimonsiri Hemtanon, Associate Dean for Student Affairs of MUIC, and the MUIC Student Information Service Center team, welcomed Assoc. Prof. Flt. Lt. Dr. Chatchai Kunavisarut, Vice President for Student Affairs and Alumni Relations, MU, along with staff from the System Administration and Development Unit of the Division of Student Affairs, MU.

The visit focused on learning about MUIC’s development and implementation of AI Copter and the myMUIC platform, key digital tools designed to support integrated student services. These systems help improve data management, streamline communication with students, and enhance service efficiency, enabling students to access information more conveniently and effectively.

MUIC has been recognized for its innovative approach to student services through the integration of digital technologies and AI in data management and communication with students. The study visit took place at Meeting Room A303, Aditayathorn Building, serving as an important opportunity for knowledge exchange and the sharing of best practices in advancing student services in the digital era.
