The Board Game Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) completed a series of biweekly committee meetings held across three dates: May 5, June 18, and July 1, 2026. The internal sessions took place in Room A451 at Aditayathorn Building.
Attended by 48 committee members, the hands-on gatherings focused on streamlining club operations, testing administrative workflows, and strengthening team cohesion. A major component of each session involved interactive game training, during which committee officers systematically evaluated titles from the club's growing inventory to master game mechanics and clarify rule structures.
By experiencing the games as both players and facilitators, committee members built the technical proficiency required to act as effective game masters during public campus events, such as the upcoming Board Game Night. Club leadership noted that the regular meetings successfully aligned staff responsibilities while fostering a collaborative, tight-knit community capable of serving the broader university audience.
