A 4th Year Communication Design Program (CDP) student of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) has been selected as an awardee for the “Outstanding Thai Young Women 2026: Preserving Thai Heritage” held on June 20, 2026 at the National Gallery, Bangkok.
Ms. Nicha Poonpoka received the award in this project organized by the Ministry of Culture, the National Council of Women of Thailand under the Royal Patronage, and the Ministry of Education.
The award aims to honor young women with outstanding potential in preserving Thai cultural heritage, including traditional manners, performing arts, craftsmanship, and creative communication under the theme “Sustaining Thai Identity, Empowering Young Women Toward a Sustainable Future.”
Awardees were also nominated to receive royal certificates of honor from Her Majesty Queen Suthida on Thai Women’s Day on August 1, 2026, highlighting their status as role models of virtue, volunteer spirit, and social contribution.
