To match the rising competitive standards of rival teams, Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) American Flag Football Club hosted a highly rigorous weekly coaching program this past trimester. Running every Saturday from April 25 to July 11, 2026, the training sessions took place at Bang Krathuek Stadium in Nakhon Pathom Province.
While the club regularly organizes in-house tournaments and localized Flag League games, club leadership realized these activities alone were not enough to prepare a team for high-stakes external competitions. To bridge the gap, 13 dedicated students committed to the intensive Saturday sessions, pushing their physical and tactical limits to ensure they are fully prepared for future tournaments.
Looking ahead, the club faces a natural roster transition phase. With several veteran players graduating and branching off into a separate team, next term's roster will feature fresh faces. Club organizers emphasized that maintaining these weekly coaching sessions is critical to navigating the inevitable roster turnover, ensuring that a steady pipeline of high-quality talent is always ready to step up and represent MUIC.
