Mahidol University International College (MUIC) students had the privilege of learning from Mr. Sorapol Asawakarnjanakit, also known as P’Top, an audio-visual expert, through the “Basic Sound Engineering Workshop” organized by the MUIC Music Club.

The training session—held on November 8, 2024 at the Screening Room, Aditayathorn Building—was designed to teach the 15 participating students the skills and insights into the world of stage production.  Mr. Sorapol shared his extensive experience in audio-visual management, emphasizing the importance of technical precision and problem-solving. The session covered key topics such as sound engineering, lighting design, and the seamless integration of visual elements to elevate audience engagement.

The hands-on activities and real-world examples on the sound production tools and equipment provided by Mr. Sorapol left participants better prepared to tackle future productions and improve upon their current difficulties and knowledge. The session concluded with a Q&A segment, where attendees gained valuable tips and advice.

This enriching experience marks a significant step forward for the students as they continue to grow and refine their craft.
