The Eventorium Club introduced itself to the MUIC community with “Introduction to Eventorium,” a two-day promotional booth on October 20–21, 2025. The booth operated from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the ground floor of Aditayathorn Building and drew 119 students.

Club members used posters, decorations, and interactive displays to explain the club’s mission and promote the upcoming guest-speaker event. The booth doubled as a practical training exercise in marketing, audience engagement, and on-site event operations.

Organizers said the activity increased awareness of Eventorium and helped club members gain valuable promotional experience while laying the groundwork for future events.
