On Wednesday, June 28 2023, Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Film Club unveiled a surprise film, a secret kept under wraps until just a few days prior to the event. What followed was a thoughtfully curated discussion that had been eagerly anticipated by the club’s members.

The excitement reached its peak as the club had the privilege of screening one of the all-time favorites, "Good Will Hunting" at the Screening Room, 6th Floor, Aditayathorn Building. For many of the screening’s 20 attendees, this was their first time watching this film. The club members were also delighted by the fact that over half of the participants stayed for the post-screening discussion, which gradually evolved into a genuine conversation about the film's thematic ideas.

The club was happy to see the members are evolving into more of a community and a space for people to geek out, share their thoughts, and provide recommendations on films they have grown to love throughout the year.
