MUIC Students Attend On-campus Club Expo

Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Student Association (known by its Thai acronym, SMO) held this term’s Club Expo on May 2-3, 2022 at Aditayathorn Building.

The first major student activity held on-campus since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Club Expo attracted approximately 700 participants, giving them the opportunity to learn more about MUIC’s 20-plus student clubs and sign up for membership in the groups they are interested in. Activities included numerous club performances and presentations, fun games, and interactions with club officers and members. There were also contests that offered prizes such as Starbucks tumblers, concert tickets, t-shirts, alcohol sprays and others. The expo was an opportunity for students to sign up for clubs that specializes in their interests and favorite hobbies.

The project aims to support educational opportunities for under-resourced schools in provincial areas by donating lecture chairs and office equipment to enhance teaching and learning activities.
