Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Science Society Club organized “Science Meme Competition” on May 2, 2023 with the theme, “I am Something of a Scientist Myself.”

In celebration of science and humor, the Science Meme Competition took Instagram by storm where students brought together their creativity, enthusiasm and scientific knowledge to showcase their comedic talents by creating science-themed memes. This event aimed at fostering a vibrant online community where science and humor coexist, nurturing both education and entertainment for all.

By combining scientific knowledge and humor, this online competition brought together individuals who were passionate about science and the power of social media.

A total of 27 people participated in the competition. After the general public voted for their favorite meme, the popular and lucky draw winners were selected and given cash prizes. The popular winner was awarded with a 500 Baht cash prize while the other five lucky draw winners received 100 Baht each.
