The workshop explored coaching, leadership, and mentoring in-depth, focusing on enhancing personal and professional growth. It emphasized the role of knowledge, perception, and communication in effective leadership and team development. Through various models and frameworks, participants explored how to build rapport, set goals, and mentor or coach individuals to unlock their full potential.

Key coaching concepts included the definition of coaching, the leadership development matrix, and overcoming resistance to coaching. Participants explored the power of asking insightful questions to encourage deep thinking and addressed common misconceptions about coaching. Techniques for building rapport, such as calibration, matching and mirroring, and pacing and leading, were highlighted. Additionally, SMART goal-setting strategies and the POW (Power, Outcome, Way forward) coaching model—focusing on problem identification, outcome definition, and actionable steps—were discussed.

The workshop also covered effective feedback techniques, including the BIFF (Behavior, Impact, Feeling, Future) method, ensuring constructive and impactful communication. The mentoring segment introduced the EASY mentoring approach, which emphasizes engagement, audience awareness, knowledge sharing, and learning reflection. The session concluded with an emphasis on applying these techniques in real-world leadership scenarios, equipping participants with the skills to inspire, develop, and lead their teams successfully.
