"The 3rd International Conference in Tourism and Business"

  • The conference, jointly organized by Mahidol University International College (Tourism and Hospitality Management and Business Administration Divisions) and Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, is an international forum relative to tourism and business. Now reaching the third edition, the conference brings together scholars and practitioners in the domain of interest from around the world. The gathering of scholars and practitioners from academics and business organizations will be a great opportunity to share knowledge and to reinforce cooperation.

    The conference also provides a platform for international academics, researchers, and students to present their studies and research findings in the fields of tourism and business. The conference aims to build global knowledge communities that cut horizontally across legacy of knowledge, interdisciplinary thinking, structures and conversations. Enhancing and developing opportunities for further research in Southeast Asia and beyond, as well as strengthening the quality of research on tourism and business remain the main objectives.

    Within this background, we invite any scholar researching over Tourism and Business in August 2019 for the conference, which has the following topic “Innovation, Sustainability and Entrepreneurship in Tourism and Business”, to be held at Salaya Pavilion Hotel, Mahidol University International College on 27-29 August 2019.
