The Art Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) transformed the Exhibition Hall at Aditayathorn Building into a creative Valentine's Day haven on February 2, 2026, with its Collages and Cupid event.
Twenty-two students unleashed their artistic flair in this dual-purpose celebration of love and sustainability. Participants selected fresh flowers guided by a thoughtfully curated flower menu explaining each bloom's symbolic meaning, then combined them with scrap paper and recycled materials to craft Valentine's-themed collages.
The creative possibilities extended beyond collage-making. Students fashioned mini-bouquets from leftover flowers, designed greeting cards, and even produced eye-catching posters—all while embracing eco-conscious practices by repurposing unused magazines, newspapers, and scrap paper.
The event successfully merged artistic expression with environmental responsibility, creating a welcoming space for students to connect, create, and celebrate sustainably. The activity's warm atmosphere and creative energy drew considerable attention from the broader MUIC community.
