The shuttlecocks were flying this past trimester as over 130 students from Mahidol University International College (MUIC) participated in the Badminton Club's weekly practice sessions. The events, held every Monday and Thursday from January 22 to March 19, 2026, aimed to foster a fun and social environment for players of all levels.

The sessions took place from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Figure Sports complex in Salaya, providing a consistent outlet for students to exercise and connect outside the classroom.

According to organizers, the primary goal was to create a safe and enjoyable space for the university community. The format focused on doubles play, ensuring four participants were on the court at a time, which maximized engagement and encouraged teamwork among the players.

The club noted that the 2nd Trimester proved to be a "very relaxing" and social period, with the sessions serving as a great opportunity for students to de-stress from their studies and meet new people from across the MUIC community.
