On February 27, 2026, the Cycling Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) hosted an adventurous one-day excursion, bringing together 12 students for a journey through the scenic lakeside trails of Bueng Nong Bon and the modern innovation hubs of Bangkok.

The day kicked off at the Mahidol University Salaya campus. Despite a slightly delayed 8:30 am departure, the group’s spirits remained high as they streamlined their itinerary to ensure a relaxed and flexible pace for the day ahead.

The first stop was Bueng Nong Bon, where the team arrived at 9:45 am. By 10:10 am, the cyclists were on their tracks, pedaling through the park’s famous lakeside routes. While the summer sun was out in full force, the "breathtaking scenery" provided a stunning backdrop that participants noted as a major highlight of the morning.

Following a refreshing break at a local café, the club transitioned from nature to urban innovation with a visit to True Digital Park. The group enjoyed a smooth lunch together, with members having the flexibility to explore the diverse culinary options the tech hub has to offer.

The afternoon concluded at the Science Center for Education. Arriving at 2:20 pm, students explored the interactive exhibitions and scientific displays. The tour proved to be an efficient one, with many participants finishing the galleries ahead of schedule, allowing for extra downtime to socialize before heading back.

Though the return journey faced the typical heavy Friday traffic of Bangkok, the group arrived safely back at MUIC by 5:00 pm. Participants headed home with memories of a day well-spent—balancing physical activity, nature, and educational exploration.
