Fifteen students from the International Relations and Global Affairs (IRGA) Program of Mahidol University International College (MUIC), under the guidance of their professor, Ajarn Pattaka Sa-ngimnet, participated in “NextGenBHR: 720-Degree Simulation – Reorienting Leadership in the Age of Complexity,” held from September 14 to 16, 2026, at the United Nations Conference Centre in Bangkok.
Organized as part of the 8th UN Responsible Business and Human Rights Forum, the three-day immersive program challenged students to address real-world issues, including renewable energy, labor rights, diversity and inclusion, responsible AI, and responsible finance and governance.
Through team-based simulations, problem-solving, discussions, and interactions with UN representatives and experts, students applied lessons learned from their IRGA classes to address complex business and human rights challenges while strengthening their critical thinking, leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills. The students performed well throughout the event, gaining valuable international exposure, practical experience, and meaningful insights into responsible leadership beyond the classroom.
