MUIC Signs MOU with ONYX Hospitality for Workforce Development

Mahidol University International College (MUIC), through its Academic Services Group, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ONYX Hospitality (Thailand) Co., Ltd. on August 7, 2025 at the Meeting Room A302, 3rd Floor, Aditayathorn Building.

Prof. Chulathida Chomchai, MD, Dean of MUIC, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Malinvisa Sakdiyakorn, Associate Dean for Human Resources and Project Manager, signed on behalf of the college. On the other hand, Mr. Nat Bawonpreechawanich, Senior Director, Talent Management and Culture, and Mr. Suthi Siriphan, Associate Director, Talent Management, signed for ONYX Hospitality (Thailand) Co., Ltd. 

This MOU between MUIC and ONYX Hospitality (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is meant to bring together academia and industry in order to attain educational excellence, talent development, and innovation.

For its part, MUIC will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that will meet the partnership’s objectives and address the organization’s workforce development needs.

Also in attendance were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chanida Hansawasdi,Associate Dean for Research and Academic Services; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Claus Schreier,Assistant Dean for Research and Academic Services; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Veera Bhatiasevi, a faculty member of the Business Administration Division and ONYX Project Developer; and the Academic Services Team.
