After being selected for the Case Club, the 50 successful student applicants attended “Alpha Day” at Room A520, Prism Studio, Aditayathorn Building, on Monday July 22, 2024.

“Alpha Day” was a special event designed to integrate the new members and introduce them to the club's culture, values, and structure.

The club’s 9th President, Ms. Yanisa Sirisomboonchok, warmly welcomed everyone, expressing her excitement about the new talents joining the club. She shared inspiring words about the club's journey, achievements, and the importance of teamwork and dedication.

One of the highlights of the event was the investiture ceremony for the club’s incoming 10th President, Mr. Adipat Chirachaithumrongask. Ms. Yanisa officiated the ceremony and expressed her confidence in Mr. Adipat’s leadership.

During the ceremony, members of the new executive team were introduced, and the outgoing members ceremoniously passed on their roles such as vice president, secretary, treasurer, head of marketing, head of operations, and heads of the case team to their incoming counterparts. Each outgoing officer gave a brief speech, sharing their experiences, achievements, and insights into their respective departments. This ceremonial handover not only symbolized continuity but also offered valuable lessons to the new team.

Also on the same day, the club officials made a detailed review of the club's rules, regulations, and policies. This session was crucial in ensuring that all members understood the club's standards and expectations. Each department head provided deeper insights into their roles, explaining their responsibilities, ongoing projects, and how new members could contribute.

The day continued with more team-building activities designed to enhance collaboration and trust among members. These activities included problem-solving challenges and group discussions, where participants had to work together to achieve common goals. The interactive nature of these tasks highlighted the importance of teamwork and effective communication.

Alpha Day concluded on a high note, with everyone feeling more connected and excited about the future. The event successfully integrated the new members, provided valuable insights into the club's operations, and strengthened the sense of community within our club. This positive start set the stage for a productive and inspiring year ahead.
