The THM Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) hosted a mocktail-making workshop entitled, “Mix It Up! Mocktail” on November 5, 2025 at the Exhibition Hall, Aditayathorn Building.
The mocktail workshop featured an expert mixologist, Khun Aphinan Siripun, owner of cocktailthai.com, who demonstrated how to make mocktails. Afterwards, it was the turn of the 30 participating students who followed the instructions and attempted to make the mocktails themselves with the ingredients provided.
In addition, the mixologist shared professional tips on balancing flavors and presentation, giving
students a deeper insight into hospitality skills. There were three drinks that the instructor taught the participants how to make.
The event also encouraged teamwork and communication, as participants often worked together to perfect their drinks. Overall, the experience proved to be both fun and
educational.
