Guidelines and Preventive Measures against the Spread of COVID-19

1. Graduates who have received 2 doses of Pfizer/Moderna
Graduates who have received 2 doses of Pfizer/Moderna, please submit documents certifying that you have been vaccinated against COVID-19 through the university system.

2. Graduates who have received 3 or 4 doses of vaccine and the last dose is AstraZeneca, Moderna or Pfizer
Graduates who have received 3 or 4 doses of vaccine and the last dose is of type AstraZeneca, Moderna or Pfizer, please submit documents certifying that you have been vaccinated against COVID-19 through the university system.

3. In the event that you have not been vaccinated or did not receive all 3 doses of vaccination or did not meet the conditions in Case 1 and Case 2.

In case you have never been vaccinated or received 1 or 2 doses of vaccination, you are requested to receive the Coronavirus 2019 Vaccine and the Coronavirus 2019 Vaccine booster according to the guidelines for vaccination against COVID-19 in Thailand from the Center for Disease Control. Ministry of Health or the World Health Organization as soon as possible.

Graduates who are unable to receive vaccination due to chronic diseases, congenital diseases, allergies, or medical conditions that a physician/nurse practitioner has determined unable to receive any COVID- 19 vaccine; or who had contracted COVID- 19 and recovered are required to present a medical certificate to the faculty/college/institute they belong prior to the first rehearsal.
