Case Club Members Learn from former Club President

Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Case Club hosted a strategy training session led by Mr. Parth Shah, Senior Associate at AWR Lloyd, who was the former Case Club President and an accomplished alumnus with a wide experience in case competitions. Mr. Shah offered club members valuable insights regarding unfolding a case study whilst presenting it at Charinyarasami Hall, 3rd Floor, Aditayathorn Building on December 3, 2024.

Mr. Shah shared with the club members his proven methods for analyzing and cracking case studies, slides workshops, and providing strategies and tactics that had contributed to his success. A step-by-step guide was presented using his approach along with an interactive case study exercise, further enriching the participants’ experience. All 38 club members attended this event and actively engaged in the session.

During the final hour of the workshop, members were given a case study and were divided into four teams. Each group had to present their solutions in front of the panel of judges. Incredible feedback and insights were given helping the members to refine their respective approaches and understanding towards solving a case. Lastly, the session concluded with a Q&A session allowing members to connect with Mr. Shah and ask him questions or gain valuable insights from him.

The club said this even may have inspired many members to pursue excellence in competition, especially upon seeing a former member share his journey and knowledge, thereby strengthening the MUIC Case Club’s mission of creating future leaders.
