CDP Students and Faculty Member Participate in ImaginAsia 2025 in Taipei

Five students from Mahidol University International College’s Communication Design Program (CDP), accompanied by a faculty member, participated in the Creative, Art and Design Event, ImaginAsia 2025 hosted by the College of Communication, National Chengchi University (NCCU), under NCCU Higher Education Sprout Project, Taipei, Taiwan, on November 18 – 21, 2025.

Ms. Nivarin Kumput, Mr. Bhumrapee Chantaramongkol, Ms. Napatsamon Keeratiprapakul, Ms. Phumwichaya Sresunt, and Ms. Chutikarn Jansuwan, with their mentor, Ajarn Supawan Supaneedis, attended the event which had the theme: “Crossing Borders—A Journey of Cultural Discovery.” They also previously attended ImaginAsia 2024 hosted by the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Chulalongkorn University.

The event encouraged dialogue exchanges and co-creation on current global issues in creative, arts, design, and related fields between several universities, including Meiji University (Japan), Chulalongkorn University, MUIC, Silpakorn University, Dhurakij Pundit University, and Chiang Mai University, with support from the NCCU Art & Culture Center and the Museum of Contemporary Art, Taipei (MoCA TAIPEI).

The participants not only gained experiences from working on creative, art, and design projects together, they were also able to expand their academic networks as they embraced differences from the diverse parties involved, reflecting the UN SDG17 (Partnerships for the Goals) and SDG4 (Quality Education) for the future development of art, design, and creative field of education.
