About Us

HSBC Thailand Business Case Competition 2023 is a prestigious business case competition sponsored by HSBC Thailand in partnership with Mahidol University International College. On an invitation basis, the brightest undergraduate students across Top universities in Thailand are invited to compete for the championship title to represent Thailand on the international stage in Hong Kong. The teams must analyze real-life cases written by the Asia Case Research Centre (ACRC), in affiliation with HKU Business School.

1st Place Winning Team Wins 120,000 Baht with Trophy and Certificate

First Runner Up

Award: Trophy for the university; Cash prize of THB 80,000 ; Certificate for First Runner-ups

Second Runner Up

Award: Trophy for the university; Cash prize of THB 40,000; Certificate for Second Runner-ups

Third Runner Up

Award: Certificate for the university; Cash prize of THB 20,000 ; Certificate for Third Runner Ups

Final-Round Best Speaker

Award: Certificate in recognition Cash prize of THB 1,000

Best Team Videos

Best video with highest votes in each of the 3 categories: Fan Favorite, Organizer's Favorite, and HSBC Thailand Executive's Favorite Awards.

Award:Cash prize of THB 1,000 per team given to 3 team videos in total

Case Format

Round 1

All 19 teams will be given six (6) hours to prepare for the case and present it to our esteemed judges.

Round 2

All 19 teams will be given six (6) hours to prepare for the case and present it to our esteemed judges.

Final Round

4 qualified teams from Round 1 & 2 will compete to become the winner of HSBC Thailand Business Case Competition 2023
