The Inner Peace Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) organized an online activity through Instagram called "Mood Tracker" from October 11 to 20, 2021.

The participants were required to download the given circular template and fill in the colors for at least seven consecutive days based on how they feel each day. The final version of their mood trackers was then shared on Instagram Story. This activity allowed participants to reflect on their moods throughout the week and express how they feel during this Covid-19 pandemic.
