Mahidol University International College (MUIC) sent a representative to the University of the Arts London Partner Experience Week 2025 from June 29 to July 3, 2025 in London, UK.

Assoc. Prof. Dale Alan Konstanz, Associate Dean for International Affairs, attended the week-long event and noted its diverse and extensive range of activities, including workshops, presentations, and campus tours.

He said participants benefited from highly informative and insightful sessions led by distinguished UAL faculty and staff. These discussions underscored UAL's innovative pedagogical approaches and their progressive trajectory within art and design education. The university's consistent ranking as the #2 QS World Ranking Art and Design School is clearly substantiated by these initiatives, he added.

A significant component of the week involved an extensive tour of UAL's various campuses across London. This encompassed visits to the London College of Fashion, the London College of Communication, Camberwell College of Art, Chelsea College of Arts, and Central Saint Martins. Each campus provided a distinct impression of its specialized focus and collectively illustrated the comprehensive scope of UAL's academic offerings.

The program offered profound insights into the extensive array of available courses, many of which demonstrate a strong multidisciplinary ethos, integrating creative disciplines with advanced technology, business principles, and scientific inquiry.

Of particular note was UAL's discernible dedication to sustainable practices and human-centered design, indicating a commitment to developing not only skilled artists but also socially responsible global citizens.

Ajarn Dale said that with MUIC’s partnership with UAL’s study abroad programs, our students who participate in UAL’s programs receive a discount on the program fees. Also, if MUIC students join one of their undergraduate programs, including their summer programs, they will automatically receive a 20% discount for their masters programs.
