MUIC Student Gives Speech on 75th Anniversary of Thailand’s UN Membership

Mr. Benjamin Wangcharoenwong, a Finance student of Mahidol University International College (MUIC), and President of MUIC MUN (Model United Nations) Club gave a speech as a youth representative, on the topic of the “Dream of Youth,” in commemoration of the 75th  Anniversary of Thailand’s Membership in the United Nations at Vithes Samosorn Hall in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building in Bangkok on December 15, 2021.

Thailand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) hosted the event. The opening speech was given by H.E. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand. Other executive of the UN, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and representatives of youth groups such as Model United Nations (MUN), UNODC Youth Forum 2022, ECOSOC Youth Forum 2019 and etc. also attended the event.

On August 22, 2026, I completed my first IRONMAN triathlon in Tallinn, Estonia: a 3.8 km swim, a 180 km bike ride, and a 42.2 km marathon. It took me 11 hours and 35 minutes.
