The Volunteer Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) hosted on March 15, 2025 an off-campus, 1-Day Camp named “Kidzanook,” which highlighted the happiness of children, at Wat Ban Ma School in Ayutthaya province.

The 24 participating students had the opportunity to create a meaningful educational environment for the schoolchildren in a less-fortunate community, enhance their civic responsibilities, and strengthen communication and leadership skills.

The activities included interactive English workshops where participants had the opportunity to teach English and art lessons to the schoolchildren.

The Volunteer Club received various positive feedback from the school and the participants. The teachers were thankful to have Volunteer Club members for their contributions to the school while the schoolchildren were satisfied with the camp experience.

Despite the hot and humid weather on the day of the camp, volunteer students were successful in creating a quality and equitable education for the community both inside and outside of MUIC.
