MUIC Student Wins Award in ChulaMUN Conference 2024

The MUN Club of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) sent three of its committee members to the Chulalongkorn University Model United Nations 2024 (ChulaMUN 2024) at Chaloem Rajakumari 60 Building (Chamchuri 10), Bangkok, from March 29 to 31, 2024.

The theme of ChulaMUN Conference 2024 was "Human Security for Sustainability and Resilient Future," which was discussed by two committees, namely, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).

In the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Committee, Ms. Sinanpat Itthipeeyakorn, a 2nd Year International Relations  and Global Affairs student, was given the Best Observer Award.

In the meantime, In the World Health Organization (WHO) Committee, the MUICMUN Club was represented by two outstanding students. Mr. Attanon Ruangritwatana, a 2nd Year International Relations and Global Affairs student, skillfully represented the delegate of Kenya, while Mr. Intaj Suwannaporn, a 4th Year Business Economics student, did a commendable job as the delegate of Ukraine.

The project aims to support educational opportunities for under-resourced schools in provincial areas by donating lecture chairs and office equipment to enhance teaching and learning activities.
