Mahidol University International College’s (MUIC) Preparation Center for Languages and Mathematics (PC) welcomed Mr. Richard Stevenson, National ELT Accreditation Scheme (NEAS) Manager of Quality and Professional Development, for the annual quality review on October 3, 2025.
Mr. Stevenson met with PC’s management team, including Mr. Joseph Serrani, the Director; and Mr. Mark Manning, the Assistant Director; Ms. Satja Sopha, Senior Secretary of PC; and Ms. Sutasinee Teekabut, Head of the General Services Unit.
The annual review included a tour of the premises to inspect the international environment and study facilities. The purpose of the visit was to meet with the PC management team to discuss key areas of service delivery and quality improvement. These areas included teaching, learning and assessment; the student experience; resources and facilities; administration; management and staffing; and promotion and student recruitment.
This meeting is part of the ongoing quality endorsement process by NEAS— the global leader in quality assurance for the English Language Teaching community. PC has been endorsed by NEAS since 2019, a recognition that supports its standing as a leader in English language teaching and learning in Thailand and the wider Southeast Asian region.
