New Eventorium Club Draws Over 500 Students to Low-Carbon Festival

The Eventorium Club held “Grasp the Green: SDGs Low Carbon Festival” on November 19-20, 2025 at the Ground Floor of Aditayathorn Building.

Mahidol University International College’s newly formed Eventorium Club staged “Grasp the Green: SDGs Low Carbon Festival” on November 19–20, 2025, drawing heavy campus interest. The two-day event ran from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the ground floor of the Aditayathorn Building and aimed to raise awareness of the UN Sustainable Development Goals while promoting practical, low-carbon habits.

Organizers set up interactive booths, hands-on workshops, and activity zones that translated sustainability concepts into accessible, student-friendly experiences. Attendees could try out everyday low-carbon practices and connect global goals with concrete actions.

The festival attracted 528 students—well above the original target of 200—reflecting strong demand for sustainability programming on campus. Club members gained real-world experience in event coordination, crowd management, and problem solving, while Eventorium boosted its campus profile and helped deepen student engagement in environmental initiatives.
