Founded as an independent School of Medicine in 1976, SGU pioneered the concept of international medical education. Our graduates have been licensed in all 50 US states and have practiced in more than 50 countries of the world.
In addition to the four-year Doctor of Medicine program, as well as the five-, six-, and seven-year Medical Degree Pathways, the School of Medicine awards master’s degrees in public health, epidemiology, microbiology, and other sciences, as well as PhDs in many disciplines.
