Eligibility (for entry in September 2025 or January 2026)
- Have completed one of the select MUIC bachelor’s degree prior to intended start date
- Suggested academic grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Proof of English language proficiency equivalent to the minimum scores as set forth below:
- TOEFL IBT: Total Score of 84 – Reading 21, Listening 18, Speaking 23, and Writing 22 (Boston University – MET International Partnership Program TOEFL code: 8675, Dept. code 99); or
- IELTS: 6.5 – of the 4 sub scores, no sub scores may be lower than 6.5.
- Duolingo: Score of 115

Immigration Documents Request within 2 weeks of Admission:
- International Student Data Form
- Financial Documentation in English
- Affidavit of Support, if you are financially sponsored
- Copy of passport picture page, valid for at least 6 months after the start of your program
- Copy of any US immigration documentation, if you have been in the US in the past 6 months
MUIC students who complete and graduate with one of the MUIC undergraduate degrees listed below are eligible to apply to the respective Boston University Metropolitan College graduate programs listed below:
